FWPD Looking for Construction Site Thief

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Fort Wayne detectives are asking for your help identifying the owner of a red pickup truck that was used to steal items from a warehouse recently.

On October 13th, the owner of a warehouse on West State near Lindenwood Avenue told police that several items were stolen from a contractor doing a roofing job on the site. The following items were taken:

– 3 Bundles of Cap Shingles

– 5 Coil Nail Guns

– 2 Stinger Cap Nail Guns

– 1 Circular Saw

– 3 Box Caps

– 7 Bundles of Square Shingles

Surveillance video shows a red pickup truck hauling away the items at about 3:30 in the morning on October 14th. We've posted that video on our WOWO Facebook page
