FW Man Tased and Charged after Kicking Police Officer

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A Fort Wayne man is charged after allegedly kicking a Fort Wayne police officer in the groin and attempting to run away.

Before 53-year-old Nathaniel Lamb could escape, the officer shocked him with a Taser.

According to the Journal-Gazette, officers went to a home to arrest a man with an outstanding warrant, and Lamb, who also had a warrant for his arrest, happened to be there.

Lamb was charged with felony counts of attempted escape, battery and resisting law enforcement. He’s now being held without bail on an unrelated probation violation.
