FW Man Faces Felony Charges Following Ponzi Scheme

A Fort Wayne man is facing several felony charges accused of taking advantage of investors in what is being called a Ponzi scheme. Bradley Collins was in court yesterday, according to this morning’s paper, facing those charges in an earlier case. He was sued and ordered to repay better than 830 thousand dollars he took from clients. His brother, Jack Collins, also had to repay better than 420 thousand; however, Jack has not been charged with any crimes. The brothers have been linked to a guy out of Michigan who is under a federal indictment for doing the same thing in that state.
