Funeral Set for 1 Victim of Indiana Grocery Shootings

ELKHART, Ind. (AP) _ Funeral services have been announced for one of two women killed Wednesday by a gunman at a northern Indiana grocery store.

The Elkhart Truth reports Krystle Lauren Dikes' funeral will be held Tuesday at First Baptist Church in Bristol, followed by burial at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Osceola.

State police said the 20-year-old Dikes was stocking shelves at a Martin's Super Market store in Elkhart where she worked when 22-year-old Shawn Walter Bair of Elkhart fatally shot her.

Dikes' parents have scheduled a Saturday news conference at First Baptist Church in Bristol to discuss their daughter's death.

Police say that after Bair killed Dikes he fatally shot 44-year-old shopper Rachelle Godfread. He was then fatally shot by two Elkhart police officers.
