FULTON COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): The part-time Fulton Town Marshal has been arrested on seven felony counts, following a two-month-long investigation by the Indiana State Police. According to Detective Mike Tarrh, in April of this year, he was contacted by the Fulton Town Board President and the Town Clerk with allegations that 37-year-old Jason Coleman, of Rochester, had been submitting hours for compensation that weren't actually worked.
