FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A Fort Wayne woman is accused of stealing more than $3,000 from a Kroger gas station.

47-year-old Amy Sanders was charged Tuesday on a level 6 felony charge of theft, which carries a penalty of up to 30 months in prison, according to the News-Sentinel.

Prosecutors say she was caught on surveillance video making a fraudulent merchandise return, and it wasn’t the first time. Over a yearlong period she’s accused of getting fraudulent refunds and fraudulent loyalty discounts to the tune of $3,200.

A warrant has been issued for her arrest.
