FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) –

Flying Legends of Victory Tour featuring the B-25 “Maid in the Shade” – Friday, July 6 @ 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
The type of fast, muscular aircraft made famous in the 1942 Doolittle Raid during WWII will be on public exhibition at the Fort Wayne Aero Center. The B-25J “Maid in the Shade” is one of the Arizona Commemorative Air Force’s combat aircraft based at its world-famous museum. Rides in the aircraft will be offered for $325 (waist gunner seats) and $650 (jump seats in nose).
Admission: $10 per person or $20 family of four

Bootcamp Fridays at Parkview Field – Friday, July 6 @ 11-11:45 a.m. 
Meet at the front entrance of the Central Branch YMCA at 10:55 a.m. and jog down to Parkview Field to join-in on a 45-minute bootcamp class.

Historic West Main Street Farmers Market – Friday, July 6 @ 3-8 p.m.
The Historic West Main Street Farmers Market is celebrating nine years of serving the Fort Wayne community with fresh, local produce. The market will continue to provide area residents with the very best in local produce, Indiana-produced foods and local arts & crafts.

Friday Nites Live – Summer Concert Series – Friday, July 6 @ 6:30-8:30 p.m.
Attend this free concert series each Friday at Jefferson Pointe! Bring the family out for an evening of music. Lawn chairs and blankets are recommended.

DOGFIGHT presented by Three Rivers Music Theatre – Friday, July 6 and Saturday, July 7 @ 8-10:15 p.m. 
DOGFIGHT has been praised by countless critics and nominated for numerous awards, winning the Lucille Lortel Award for Best Musical. Based on the 1991 Warner Brothers film, DOGFIGHT takes audiences on a romantic and heartbreaking theatrical journey.

Historic Southside Farmers Market – Saturday, July 7 @ 7 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Fort Wayne’s oldest continuously operating farmers market is celebrated as a City of Fort Wayne Historic District. Seasonal and locally-grown vegetables, hormone-free meat and eggs, heirloom herbs, flowers and vegetable plants, baked goods, jams, teas, cut flowers, handcrafted jewelry, soap, crafts, books, dishes, and an old-fashioned lunch counter. Live music mid-morning.

Fort Wayne’s Farmers Outdoor Market – Saturday, July 7 @ 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
You will find a wide mix of fresh produce, meats, eggs, baked goods, jams, milk, cheese, teas, coffees, honey, syrups, natural bath products, crafts and much more.

Miami Indian Heritage Days – Saturday, July 7 @ 1-4 p.m.
Learn about the lasting heritage of the Miami and other regional Native American groups. Featuring local artists, performers and presenters. This month’s feature includes Miami Ribbonwork with Diane Hunter.
Admission: $7 Adults, $5 Youth and Seniors, Free for children ages 2 and younger

Rock the Plaza 2018 – Saturday, July 7 @ 6 p.m.
Enjoy free music each Saturday at the Allen County Public Library. Bring your lawn chairs and a blanket! Food will be available for purchase. This week’s lineup includes Jen & the Foggy Creek Band, Shane & Eric, The Last Word and Black Kat Moan.

Arrival from Sweden: The Music of ABBA – Foellinger Theatre Summer Concert Series – Saturday, July 7 @ 8 p.m.

Riverfront Citizen Science: Birdwatching on Our Urban Rivers – Sunday, July 8 @ 2-4:30 p.m.
Riverfront Fort Wayne is partnering with Fort Wayne Trials to offer Birdwatching on Our Urban Rivers. The first 10 minutes of the program will be spent learning some basics about birdwatching and how to use binoculars. This guided urban hike is open to all ages and experience levels. No reservation necessary.

A Love Supreme Ensemble – Sunday, July 8 @ 5-8 p.m.
A Love Supreme Ensemble will play two sets of original music. The ensemble opened the Jazz Talk Live Series in October and was summoned back by popular demand. Healthy vegan fare, cash bar and therapeutic massages will be included during the event.
