FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The Comcast Foundation will be honoring top local high school seniors for their leadership skills on Thursday at the office of Fort Wayne Mayor, Tom Henry.
Comcast will be awarding eight Fort Wayne students the 2015 “Leaders and Achievers” Scholarship.
A total of 55 Indiana high school seniors will be receiving a scholarship of $1,00 or more at Mayor Tom Henry's office at an 11:30 a.m. ceremony.
The students were nominated by high school principals and guidance counselors students who have taken part in community service and help out local charities.
