Fort Wayne man shot to death Sunday identified

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A Fort Wayne man was shot to death in Fort Wayne on Sunday afternoon, May 22.

The death of Anquanh S. Parham, 27, was ruled a homicide, according to the Allen County Coroner’s Office.

Fort Wayne police responded to the 4400 block of Spatz Avenue at about 12:30 p.m. after receiving reports of gunshots.

When officers arrived, they found Parham unresponsive on the east side of the street. He was pronounced dead at the scene, according to Fort Wayne Police.

Officials said there was no known motive for the shooting and there isn’t any information about a suspect.

This is the 12th homicide in Allen County this year. The shooting is still under investigation.
