Fort Wayne Man Facing Charges after Alleged Threat to GM Plant

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A Fort Wayne man is facing charges after allegedly threatening to enter the Fort Wayne General Motors Plant and start shooting.

According to our partners in news at 21 Alive, 34-year-old Joseph Guzman Jr., is facing the criminal charges after police say he told an insurance telemarketer that he was going to shoot a gun at the GM Plant.

In 2012, Guzman was fired from his subcontracting job with Caravan Knights, a cleaning company that provides service for the GM plant. According to court documents, Guzman was very upset about being fired and this is Guzman's second recorded threat. In January, he approached a man at a Fort Wayne Kroger and said that if he was not given insurance benefits, he would enter the GM plant armed.
