Fort Wayne Man Convicted of Sexually Assaulting Passed Out Minor

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A jury has convicted a 20 year old Fort Wayne man for sexual assault.

It only took about an hour for a jury to convict William Reiske of sexually assaulting a high school student in 2013 while the victim was unaware the conduct is occurring, criminal deviate conduct with the victim so mentally disabled that consent cannot be given, and one misdemeanor charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor

According to the Journal-Gazette, the victim was reportedly passed out from being drunk at a party with her friends and a video of the assault was recorded.

Reiske will face six years in prison when he's sentenced in November. A second suspect in this case, 19 year old Michael Kitch Jr, entered a plea of guilty in April for voyeurism while using a recording device.  He will be sentenced on October 28th.
