FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A Fort Wayne man was arrested after police say he shot a man in the face Saturday.

Chad Mitchell Bohde II was arrested on preliminary charge of aggravated battery, according to the News-Sentinel.

At about 12:45 a.m. Saturday, three men got into an argument at the intersection of St. Mary’s Avenue and High Street.

Bohde was upset the man did a “burn-out” in an alley near his house and endangered his kids, according to a police report. The victim said he apologized, but Bohde and another man still attacked him.

Police said Bohde went into his home, grabbed his shotgun and fired shots into the victim’s car as he was driving away.
