FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Fort Wayne has been listed in the top 10 of most affordable cities for Millennials looking to buy a house.
A study by Credit Karma lists Fort Wayne #7 in their top 10 “Most Affordable Cities” list that speculates where Millennials – adults ages 18-34 – would be most likely able to afford buying a home. The credit agency compared salaries and the average mortgage in the same area, saying that on average, it takes a little more than 12 years to pay off the average mortgage in Fort Wayne.
