FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) – A suspect in the shooting death of Terrance Miles was in court Wednesday morning for his initial hearing, according to our partners in news at ABC 21.
Jaevin Eugene Bowie, 21, was arrested last month in Biloxi, Mississippi. He was wanted for murder in connection with the shooting death of Miles, an assistant football coach at North Side High School.

During Bowie’s hearing, he was formally charged with murder and firearm used in commission of an offense resulting in death. He was also assigned a public defender.
Bowie’s trial setting will take place on March 21.
