FORT WAYNE, Ind. (AP): The Fort Wayne Children's Zoo is closing for the season this weekend. One of its final events before the closing will be tomorrow's observance of African Penguin Awareness Day. It's an international event drawing attention to the plight of the threatened birds. Guests can enter to win a painting created by one of the zoo's penguins.
