Former IMPD Officer, David Bisard, Pleads Guilty to Second DUI

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WOWO):  Wednesday afternoon, former Indianapolis Metropolitan Police officer David Bisard pleaded guilty to drunken driving in an April 2013 incident. However, he will not receive any jail time.

According to the Indianapolis Star, Bisard already is serving a 16-year prison sentence with three years suspended in a separate, 2010 drunken-driving case.

The judge sentenced Bisard to a year in jail with a year suspended, meaning no additional jail time. He also received probation.
