FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A Monday hearing for Sports & Spirits Bar and Grill in Fort Wayne has been pushed to April 27th, even though the bar's license expires this month.

The bar is owned by B&C Baughman. The company is fighting to stay in business, despite many reported robberies and shootings at the establishment over the last few years.

The Journal Gazette reports the bar has more than 130 calls to police during 2013-2014. In September, the Allen County Alcoholic Beverage Commission unanimously denied the owners' requests to renew their liquor license.

The State Alcohol and Tobacco Commission upheld that ruling in October. The owners then appealed and a hearing was scheduled for Monday.

Sports and Spirits is located on the 1700 block of E. Wayne Street near Indiana Tech.
