WHITLEY COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): An 85-year-old Whitley County man has died as the result of a weekend crash in Whitley County.

According to the Journal Gazette, three people were injured in the crash that happened Saturday night north of Columbia City,

at Indiana 109 and Whitley County Road 400 North.

Frank Boggs was driving on County Road 400 North when his vehicle collided with a van driving by 45-year-old Billie Jo Grant. 

Both Boggs and passenger 78-year-old Sherrill Boggs, were taken to the hospital. That’s where Boggs was pronounced dead and Sherrill Boggs was last listed in fair condition.

Grant and passenger, 17-year-old Gabrielle Peterson, both of Columbia City, suffered minor injuries and were also taken to the hospital.
