FAME Decorates Christmas Ornaments for Tree Display

Fort Wayne, Ind. (INC) – Fort wayne artists, young and old, will showcase their talents at a christmas tradition in our nation’s capitol.


“Foundation for Art and Music in Education” (FAME) is creating twenty-four ornaments for indiana’s tree at the 2012 National Christmas Tree display..in President’s Park in Washington D.C.


Artists from each state, including the district of columbia, choose artists to decorate the ornaments that will hang on their respective trees.

“FAME” aims to celebrate the artist in every child and develop pathways to explore the arts.


“We are very pleased that the FAME will represent Indiana in this year’s National Christmas Tree display,” said Neil Mulholland, President and CEO of the National Park Foundation. “This time honored tradition is the perfect way to kick off the holiday season.”
