Ellspermann Honors ‘TXT L8R’ Contest Winners

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): Lieutenant Governor Sue Ellspermann is applauding the work of 17 students as part of a contest meant to curb texting while driving. Students from across the state submitted tweets, photos and other items urging their peers not to text while on the road. Ellspermann says texting drivers are 23 times more likely to get in an accident than someone who isn't texting.
