FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Christmas in downtown Fort Wayne will look at least a little like the Holiday seasons of years ago.
Dozens of stores and businesses are decorating their front windows in the Downtown Improvement Districts' window decorating contest.
Megan Butler with the DID says its a way to create new memories this Christmas, while honoring the past.
“Some of them are very intricate. People are really getting into it,” she said.
The contest steams from people often telling her about the effort the community put to their storefronts.
There are 31 total stores involved.
