Disturbing Video Shows Police Interaction at Fort Wayne IHOP

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A video that was recorded at a Fort Wayne IHOP of a police situation has received massive internet feedback.

According to the Journal Gazette, the video was recorded early Sunday morning at a Fort Wayne IHOP restaurant, and was later posted online.

In the video, 42-year-old Shana Hancock is seen yelling at an officer. She was arrested for battery against a public safety officer, among other charges.

A man who was with Hancock on Sunday was able to use his cellphone to record the incident. The Journal Gazette reports the officer was working part-time security at the IHOP. He noticed a ruckus in the restaurant and found Hancock being disruptive with her group.

The officer warned Hancock about her profanity and inappropriate actions at the restaurant. She was arrested in the parking lot and was eventually taken away by Fort Wayne police.

The entire scene was caught on video. A link to the video can be found on the Journal Gazette's website.
