FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Has your dog always dreamed about taking a dip in the Northside Pool?

On Sunday, Aug. 14, they’ll have the chance. The Dippin’ Dog Swimming Event is for all dogs that have a Pooch Pass to Pawster or Camp Canine dog parks, according to the Fort Wayne Park Department.

For a chance to participate in the fun, pre-register a dog for an hour time slot by calling 260-427-6000 or visit the Parks and Recreation Department.

Dog park members must pay regular pool admission during the event. It’s $4.50 for adults and $3.50 for children 12 to 17. Children under 12 are discouraged from attending. It is cash admission only.

Attendees should sign a waiver before entering the pool. Waivers can be found at the Fort Wayne Park’s website.
