DECATUR, Ind. (WOWO): An area factory is shutting its doors.
Innovative Buildings Systems LLC is closing its Decatur factory within the next 10 days, according to the Journal-Gazette.
The company made the notice to state officials this week. That means 88 people will be put out of work.
Innovative Buildings Systems makes custom modular homes. The corporate headquarters in Pennsylvania is also closing permanently, and the company will be filing for bankruptcy and will be closing all of its factories in addition to Decatur in Iowa, Maine, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.
