We had the pleasure of speaking with CNBC investigative reporter Dina Gusovsky on Fort Wayne’s Morning News this morning about her new special “Death and Dishonor: Crisis at the V.A.” and her findings were troubling to say the least. Systemic failures are rampant throughout the V.A. system, and the Veterans who need care are being denied care, or are receiving substandard care.
