KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): A Cromwell man is behind bars for fleeing police.

Indiana Conversation Officers arrested 43-year-old Paul Miller after he allegedly resisted police while on Tri County Fish and Wildlife Area property.

On Sunday May 11th, around 6:15 p.m., officers attempted to speak with Miller, but he refused to talk. Miller then took off in his truck as five police agencies followed him to his residence. Miller refused to get out of his vehicle as he locked the doors and rolled up the windows. Officers then smashed the window of the driver’s side door and unlocked the vehicle. Miller still ignored orders to exit his truck. Police took Miller into custody after they used a Taster on him.

Miller was booked into the Kosciusko County jail on charges of felony resisting arrest with a motor vehicle and driving with a suspended license.
