Criminal Mischief Complaint Leads to 15 Felony Charges and a Meth Lab

ROCHESTER, Ind (WOWO): An investigation by the Indiana State Police and the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department led to the arrests of two rural Fulton County residents and a fugitive from South Bend.

37-year-old Charla Richard, and 45-yaer-old John Wise, were arrested on felony charges for possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a common nuisance, manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of drug precursors, and possession of a police scanner during the commission of a felony. Richard also faces three additional felony charges on two counts for neglect of a child and a single charge of criminal mischief.

Also arrested was 32-year-old Tenneil Selner, of South Bend. She was wanted on two federal arrest warrants and faces local felony charges for possession of methamphetamine and possession of hypodermic needles. All three were incarcerated in the Fulton County Jail.
