Couple Pleads Guilty in Cat Damage Case

A Fort Wayne couple have pleaded guilty to allowing dozens of cats to overrun two houses they rented. Animal officials say Constance Anderson and Jeffrey Tourney were responsible for the cats that caused a combined $77,000 in damage to the houses. They each face up to three years in prison.
