County Coroner Identifies Victims in Milford Auto Body Shop Fire

KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): We now know the identities of the two victims of Thursday's deadly fire at a Milford auto body shop.

25-year-old Annalu Nunez and Jose Cruz Medina were found, dead, in an upstairs apartment, after being trapped by the flames.

Nunez was a secretary for Medina's Body Shop and it was determined that both victims died of smoke inhalation.

The names of the victims were published in an obituary in The South Bend Tribune.

Fire investigators were challenged by unsafe conditions they say kept emergency crews from searching the building and as of right now the cause of the fire is still being investigated.
