Conservation Officers Investigate Early Morning ATV Accident

FLOYD COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Indiana Conservation Officers are investigating an ATV accident that happened just before 8:30 this morning in Floyd County, in which a man suffered back and rib injuries. 31-year-old James Sims was trying to turn the ATV on a steep hill when it flipped over just off of Payne Road near New Albany. Officers say Sims was wearing a seat belt, but not a helmet at the time of the accident.
