Company Investigated By The Indiana Department Of Labor

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WOWO): Commercial Trade Course, Ind. is under investigation by the Indiana Department of Labor.

A claim was filed alleging violations of Indiana law by the Indianapolis-based employer. The reports alleges that Commercial Trade Source, Inc. did not play an employee for hours worked, in accordance with the Indiana Common Construction Wage law. The employee said this occurred while working on the IU Kokomo Main Building Project.

The employee was part of a temporary staffing agency and performed pipefitting and plumbing work for Commercial Air Inc. Indiana State Pipe Trades Association Organizer John Kurek stated, “Under state and federal law, workers have protected rights and The Indiana State Pipe Trades Association will fight tirelessly to defend those rights.”
