Annual Walk to Save Lives Fort Wayne

Join Indiana Donor Network in Fort Wayne to celebrate life, honor organ and tissue donors and support those waiting for a lifesaving transplant. The annual Walk to Save Lives Fort Wayne is a family-friendly walk during which donor and transplant recipient stories are shared and space is provided for participants to reflect on the gift of life.

The event will also feature kid-friendly activities, food, music and more. Walk to Save Lives raises funds for Indiana Donor Network Foundation, with all proceeds supporting transplant recipients and the families of donor heroes.

AMERICAN RED CROSS – VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

The American Red Cross, Blood Services has Volunteer opportunities for Blood Donor Receptionists at the 1212 E. California Rd. site and at the Lutheran Hospital Fixed Site.

The 1212 E. California Rd. location has Saturday and Sunday opportunities for two shifts, 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. to  1:30 p.m. The Lutheran Hospital Fixed site has opportunities on Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Please contact Pam Schroeder at 260-480-8218 for more information.
