CIB Pledges New Money to Emerald Skyline

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Just days after $27 million dollars in improvements for the Ash Brokerage/Hanning & Bean Downtown Development were unveiled, a local group is pledging to help cover some of the costs.

The Capital Improvement Board voted today to pledge $4 million in new money toward the $98 million dollar project.

Last fall the project was first presented with a $71 million dollar cost. The new design for the so-called Emerald Skyline – includes more space in the parking garage and another floor.
