KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO) – On the morning of January 17, Indiana State Police officers executed a search warrant at a residence located on the 100 block of North Rebecca Street in Claypool.

Detectives arrested 38-year-old Roselyn B. Burkhart, of Claypool, and took her to the Koscuisko County Jail.  Burkhart is charged with two counts of child exploitation (level 4 felony), one count of possession of child pornography (level 5 felony) and one count of possession of child pornography (level 6 felony).

Detective Eric Fields, a member of the Indiana State Police Crimes Against Children Task Force, started the investigation months ago after receiving a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.  That investigation eventually led to the execution of the search warrant.

Other agencies involved in the investigation were the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department, Claypool Town Marshal and DCS.
