FORT WAYNE, Ind (WOWO): Community Harvest Food Bank of Northeast Indiana announces that CANstruction 2013 will return to Glenbrook Square Mall starting April 12th and will continue through April 21st.
Mentored by local engineering and design professionals, high school students will design and construct giant sculptures representing the theme “Dynamic Duos” made with donated canned goods and non-perishable food products.
Eleven area high school teams are competing this year, including:

Schedule:
Friday 4/12: 9:00am – 9:00pm Build Day – Students must complete their structure during this 12 hour period at Glenbrook Square
Saturday 4/13: 10:00am – Noon Judging
Sunday 4/21: 6:00pm – 9:00pm De-CANstruction – Students must have their structure deconstructed during this time period
Tuesday 4/23: 6:30pm – 8:00 Awards Banquet- IPFW Walb
