NEW HAVEN, Ind. (WOWO): Officials with East Allen County Schools say they could go over budget next year by more than $900 thousand dollars. That's according to the News-Sentinel.
Some estimates have the school facing as much as $1.8 million in deficits.
Tuesday school board members spent much of their meeting tackling how to trim costs. Some say the only way to get a balanced budget is to cut staff, salaries or buildings.
The district has been experiencing dwindling enrollment.
