BREAKING: Syracuse Murder Suspects Grows to Five

WARSAW, Ind. (WOWO): The number of suspects tied a Syracuse murder has grown to five.

The latest is 27-year-old Thomas Hursey of Warsaw. He's charged with two counts of murder plus charges of aiding a crime, inducing or causing robbery with serious bodily injury.

Wednesday night 21-year-old Nicole Shepard of Mishawaka was arrested and charged with obstruction of justice.

Her boyfriend, 22-year-old Kyle DeHart is charged with two counts of murder and another count of obstruction of justice in the Feb. 19 shooting that killed 19-year-old Joshua Knisley and fatally wounded 23-year-old Tara Thornburg.

Before succumbing to her injuries, Thornburg told police 23-year-old Brandon Woody was the shooter.

DeHart's mother, Joan is charged with assisting a criminal. According to court records, the crime was connected to a dispute over marijuana.
