ZIONSVILLE, Ind. (WOWO): Former Subway spokesman Jared Fogle will be pleading guilty to child pornography possession charges Wednesday in court.
That's according to multiple reports out of Indianapolis. It's part of a plea deal that Fogle is reportedly making with the U.S. Attorney's Office. A press conference will be held Wednesday afternoon to discuss the deal and charges against Fogle.
The charges come as Fogle's Zionsville home was raided in early July. Several computers and DVDs were seized from his home. Subway suspended its relationship with Fogel after the raid.
The former director of the Jared Foundation, Russell Taylor, was arrested in a separate child pornography case earlier this year.
