Bodies Found in Carroll Creek Home, Identified

ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO):   The two bodies found inside a Carroll Creek home Thursday morning, have been identified.

 

According to the Allen County Coroner the man has been identified as 39-year-old David Wehrle of Huntertown. His cause of death has been determined to be gunshot wounds to the chest and the manner of his death has been determined to be a homicide.  

 

The woman has been identified as 49-year-old Linette Pass of Huntertown. Her cause of death has been determined to be gunshot wounds and the manner of her death is still pending further investigation.

 

According to Corporal Jeremy Tinkel with the Allen County Sheriffs Department the bodies were found inside a home located in the 12000 block of Wandering Way around 9:00 a.m., Thursday morning.

 

Officers learned that a coworker and family member, who went to check on Wehrle after he hadn't been at work, found the bodies inside a bedroom.

 

As of right now, this incident remains under investigation.
