Bluffton AD Continues Recovery

BLUFFTON, Ind. (WOWO): A local school leader continues his recovery after a suffering a head injury in a traffic accident at his school.

Bluffton High School Athletic Director Steve Thompson is now in critical condition according to school officials. You may recall he was struck in a parking lot on August 7. According to the Journal-Gazette, Thompson mistakenly stepped into the path of a vehicle driven by high school principal Steve Baker.  Thompson was knocked to the ground. 

The newspaper report says Thompson's family is “humbled” by the support and are requesting that supporters do not visit for now during his recovery.
