Bloomington Woman’s License Not Suspended

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) _ An Indiana appeals court says the state Bureau of Motor Vehicles can’t suspend a Bloomington woman’s license for being a habitual traffic offender. Leslee Orndorff said she supports her family by driving. Her lawyers also argued the BMV took too long to order the suspension.
