Bloomington Crows Create Winter Cleaning Dilemma

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (AP) – Hundreds of crows that have gathered in downtown Bloomington have left county officials with a dilemma.

If they spray the sidewalks in freezing weather, they'll create a hazard. So do they buy an ice solvent to use after winter cleanings, or leave the birds' droppings untouched?
