Such a sad event. Yet another careless accident that could have been avoided if people would pay attention!
Maybe, the bicyclists around here need to take take some offensive bicycle classes? …

I think they take them in New York City, because my cab driver had picked me up from JFK, and was just about to drop me off in downtown Manhattan… when my driver got “too close” to the bicyclist.
With one blow, my driver was no longer in his seat! His face was up against the Passenger door, as his torso was laying limp on the Passenger seat!

Maybe a few instances of this kinda behaviour, and we might observe some distance between vehicles and bicycles!
I’m not condoning violence, here…
But, i think people from Indiana and Ohio could use some roadway refresher lessons…

I bet 1 out of 10 vehicles, in this town, bother to indicate properly when changing lanes or turning.
But, as soon as they get in a TURN ONLY lane… on comes their turn indicator light??

…honestly i’d rather smack their head… how many accidents happen in this town, due to failing to properly indicate?

Bicyclist Offense Classes… it’s the answer.
