Bartholomew County Possibly Establishing Vote Centers

An Indiana county is looking at changing its voting system after experiencing long lines on Election Day. Some voters at Bartholomew County polling places waited more than two hours to cast ballots last Tuesday, and county officials say they’re now looking into establishing vote centers by the 2014 midterm elections.
