Allen Superior Court to inherit New Haven City Court’s cases

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The Allen Superior Court will be taking on thousands of cases after the closure of the New Haven City Court.

Hearings for more than 6,000 active cases will start on April 2nd based on an agreement between the Court and the City of New Haven after the former City Court closed down at the end of 2018 amid a dispute with the Allen County Prosecutor’s Office.

Most of the cases are related to outstanding fee or fine balances on traffic and city ordinance violations. Anyone with an outstanding New Haven City Court case should contact the Allen Superior Court for more info and payment arrangements.

Anyways, there are some MAJOR issues going on with the City of New Haven, as well as the conduct of their Police Department. I myself am a victim of them, which I never in a million years would’ve dreamed that they would treat a normal citizen how they treated me. I’m still trying to find the appropriate attorney to handle the matter. If you know one who will handle the case shoot me over the name, I don’t know whose up for the job here in Allen County Indiana, and I’m definitely not the I know the lawyers in town type since that wasn’t my area. (I used to work in the medical field. If you want some medical advice I might have an answer.) It’s like they threw the Constitution, nearly every Indiana Code, and a lot of Federal regulations into a trash can one day, stomped on it, set it on fire while laughing at their Government being brutalized, burned alive, and used for evil against the innocent citizens. As if my heart wasn’t broken enough that they failed to protect a citizen, myself, when my husband became abusive and had a nervous breakdown. They also failed to report when he even burned one of books on the history of religious music in my fire-pit after shoving me back into my house and slamming the sliding glass door in my face. They didn’t even put it in one single report I told several officers verbally to their face what he did when I talked to them about other issues going on like having my home broken into twice that I reported (they broke in even before he had his nervous breakdown). Then to see the trees and bushes and everything else outside, it’s like oh why oh why? Although, I’m 100% sure that it was broken into more than that throughout my time living in it since one time when I returned from a weekend in Chicago my new screen/storm door ripped off and laying in the middle of my front lawn, and on another occasion my front door was open and unlocked after it was locked and dead bolted. Those two incidents I didn’t report to them since I didn’t notice anything missing at the time, however I do still have financial records to prove when the door was damaged like that and when it occurred. Oh the stories I could tell from the past couple years in New Haven Indiana alone, most of which are not good, and to think I moved there because it seemed like a nice little family friendly city. (L.O.L. Maybe they just don’t like picky middle-aged women who have yet to have children!)

Oh on a different note: Perhaps the City of New Haven would like to make a museum in their old City Hall with historical information and items from the local business and families.
