FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The American Civil Liberties Union of Indiana is suing the City of Fort Wayne and the Allen County Sheriff over how they handled Memorial Day Weekend protests that went from peaceful to chaotic.
In the lawsuit, which you can read below, the ACLU says that police officers “engaged in a range of unreasonable and inappropriate behaviors” to interfere with protesters’ First and Fourth Amendment rights, including the use of tear gas and pepper spray. They also accuse police of boxing protesters in on the Martin Luther King Jr. Bridge and firing tear gas at them while they were surrounded on the night of May 29th.

Police say the crowd became hostile toward them and police were forced to intervene and try to disperse the crowd.
More than 100 people were arrested in the following 72 hours, as some destroyed property and hurled rocks and water bottles at police.
Both officers and protesters suffered injuries in the resulting chaos.

So the Plaintiff(s) acknowledge (Paragraph 15) “The protests have been almost entirely peaceful”…therefore parts of the “Protests” are rioting. Of course these crybabies are going to claim they weren’t doing anything wrong even though damage to properties and refusing to unblock streets etc. is cause for crown control with tear gas, rubber bullets etc.. So can the City sue the ACLU for expenses when they win this case?..I hope so
prosecute the so-called protesters to the full extent of the law, and tell the so-called ACLU to go pound sand
Well let us see here, we already know how these cupcakes LIE and distort the REAL TRUTH they do it every time they open their mouths and let the hate and threats flow out like a dog with diarrhea. And as for the American Communist Lawyers Union, they are frauds to the hilt they support and take on cases they say for all citizens yet if a citizen has been discriminated against over their belief in God they shut the door in their faces. They are all about justice and equal rights. NOT!!!! The entire lot can take a aeronautical intercourse in a Mobil pastry!!!!
