7 Indiana Schools Getting Grants for Improvement

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): Seven Indiana schools are receiving a total of $8 million in grants to help pay for improving their academic achievement levels. School Improvement Grants are awarded to low-performing schools that submit compelling plans to use the funds to raise student achievement levels. The total amount awarded to Indiana schools is over $8 million over the next three years.
