Karen Francisco joined Charly Butcher on “Fort Wayne’s Morning News” to talk about the Sunday “Journal Gazette” where the cover is pretty much a review of the legislative session, examining the four issues set out at the start as priorities: education, roads, public health issues and the civil rights ordinance. The results are mixed — ISTEP is dead (but something will replace it); road-funding is now in place; prescription Sudafed was avoided; and they punted on the civil rights measure.
