A review of the latest legislative session, Karen Francisco joins Charly Butcher

Karen Francisco joined Charly Butcher on “Fort Wayne’s Morning News” to talk about the Sunday “Journal Gazette” where the cover is pretty much a review of the legislative session, examining the four issues set out at the start as priorities: education, roads, public health issues and the civil rights ordinance.  The results are mixed — ISTEP is dead (but something will replace it); road-funding is now in place; prescription Sudafed was avoided; and they punted on the civil rights measure.
