Syracuse man killed in Kosciusko County car crash Monday night

KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): The Syracuse man killed in a crash Monday night has been identified.

Ronnie Zentz, 44, died from blunt force trauma, according to Sgt. Chad Hill with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department.

Zentz was in a 1997 Pontiac Grand Am that crashed into a tree near the intersection of Hasse Court and C.R. 1000 North at about 9 p.m. Monday.

Investigators found that Zentz was driving eastbound on C.R. 1000 North, when the car slid onto a curve.

The crash is still under investigation.
