3 Arrested in Warsaw Vehicle Stop

Warsaw Police arrested three people yesterday after a vehicle search reportedly turned up methamphetamine on the driver and a passenger. Officers said they stopped Shanelle Byrer for having an obstructed license plate. While looking for ID in her purse, officers said they found a baggie which tested positive for meth. The same thing happened with a female passenger. Another passenger was found to have outstanding warrants and was also arrested. A 2-year-old who was in the vehicle was turned over to a relative through Child Protective Services.
